What is PC? The PC (Parents Council) is a private, non-profit organization of parents, students, and school community members who strive to better the lives of children. The PC is a very common part of schools in the U.S. and it is the biggest child advocacy volunteer organization which speaks for the interest of all children and their safety, health, welfare, and education. Why Join PC? When you join the Northwest Bilingual School PC, you join a community that encourages student achievement and enriches the learning environment. We believe in building partnerships between our families and our schools. Together, we can make a difference. How Does PC support our School? Your Northwest PC takes a multifaceted approach to supporting all children in our school. We reinforce and strengthen classroom studies by providing teachers with support for initiatives. We coordinate volunteers for community needs, teacher/student initiative assistance, academics, and multiple other activities. We sponsor a variety of programs and projects including, but not limited to:

  • Back to School Night (Orientation)
  • Charity Bake Sales
  • Community Donation Drives
  • Academic Excellence Projects
